Penny Toombs with Arkansas State University Heritage Sites contacted us to create an original score to Johnny Cash's Folsom Prison Blues and to put it to drone footage of the area so that they can play the video in their welcome center. McKinley Helms created the original score and Evan Brewington supplied drone footage of the Heritage site. We have to get permission from the Cash family and city of Dyess to take the footage. Once all was finished we layered the new score in with the video and summitted to the client. They were over joyed and the final project is now being shown at the Johnny Cash museum in Dyess, AR. We believe this fill cart because it required critical thinking on the logistics of getting the drone footage we worked with a community partner and provided them a service and means to show local students involved in the memorial site with intentions of bringing more people in, and it required teamwork on how to mix the footage to the length of the score. Project took about 3 months to completed due to weather and origination of the score.
