Purchasing and Inventory Coordinator

Job Description

The Purchasing and Inventory Coordinator is a full-time position and will manage all purchasing and inventory for the organization. This will include gathering quotes, vendor relationship, acquisition, and tracking.  This position will identify, create and ensure that Purchase Orders (PO’s) are accurate and delivered per the terms agreed to. The Purchasing and Inventory Coordinator will also track new and existing inventory.

Training Coordinator

Job Description

Interested in coordinating introductory to advanced training experiences that inspire EAST students? The Training Coordinator is responsible for leading all aspects of student training for EAST students.  This position works with the EAST staff, external trainers, and EAST schools to maintain a training schedule and plan that builds students’ skills in EAST technologies and methodologies. The successful candidate will possess strong communication skills, be resourceful and creative, adaptable, as well as organized, and relationship-oriented.

Events Intern

Job Description

We are looking for someone who is passionate about planning, loves logistics, and crazy about coordinating! Okay - maybe we overdid it with the alliterations, but we are looking for an amazing person to join our team!

The Events Intern works with the Events Team on the logistical planning, coordination, and execution of the annual EAST Conference. This internship will provide an invaluable, hands-on learning experience and the opportunity to gain new skills in nonprofit event management.  This is a temporary, part-time position beginning in January 2020 and ending in April 2020.
