EAST is seeking a unique professional to join our program team. This dynamic team of educational superheroes provides training and support to the 230+ EAST programs around the nation in terms of professional development and support (virtual and on-site). This team's success comes from creating and maintaining strong relationships with our facilitators, administrators, and partners. The ideal candidate will have a broad range of skills in communication, presentation development and delivery, planning, project management, problem-solving, creativity, as well as a strong work ethic and a good-sized sense of humor. Education experience is necessary, but this can be in settings beyond the schoolroom.
This position provides for a lively, widely varied day-to-day experience. Our team works with EAST programs: celebrating wins, offering best practices, working with students and teachers to understand their challenges and successes better, noting ideas that can be shared with others, and modeling basic facilitation.
This role collaborates across teams to support professional learning, storytelling and communications, web enhancements, classroom technical support, and growth initiatives for new or expanded EAST programs. This is a highly collaborative position that will enhance a fantastic team that supports the overall mission of EAST to transform the educational experience so innovative thinkers can drive positive change for their future, community, and world.
