Our students partnered with SWEPCO to promote and raise awareness of the LIHEAP energy assistance program for Southwest Arkansas. Collaborating closely with SWEPCO, they produced bilingual (English and Spanish) videos explaining how, where, and who could apply for the program. Students worked in teams and participated in weekly Zoom sessions with a panel of SWEPCO executives, receiving ongoing feedback to refine their work. Upon completion, the video was featured on SWEPCO’s national website. Additionally, students supported SWEPCO’s High Five Friday initiative and helped promote the company’s community involvement in Nashville.
