Kade and Husani created the Wheelkeeper Project to help solve a real problem at St. Bernards Medical Center. Many patients lose or drop their personal items while being moved around the hospital. To fix this, the students used a 3D printer to design and build a special hook that can hold belongings safely during transport. They are working closely with hospital workers and patients to test and improve their hook. Teamwork was a big part of their success. By working together and listening to feedback, they were able to turn a simple idea into a helpful tool.
