Yellowjacket Digital Wall of Fame, for which I serve as the project manager. I have been dedicated to this project for approximately a year. Following the devastation caused by an F3 tornado to my high school and parts of my community, I was motivated to explore ways to unify our community. During a student council conference in Illinois, I observed an impressive feature on their campus: a large touchscreen display showcasing the school's previous yearbooks, athletic achievements, academic honors, and much more. I am very grateful to have been able to bring this concept back to my school. Over the past year, this project has made significant progress. My school recently bought the software necessary for our own digital wall of fame. My team and I have been working hard on collecting yearbooks, finding someone to digitize them, digitizing class photos, and collaborating on the envisioned content for our wall of fame. I love this project and it is something that I have put a lot of thought, work, and effort into. I will continue to put in all the work it takes to make this vision come to life!
