High school students construct new sign for museum

Thomas Edwards and Corbin Guilliams helped build a new sign for the Wings of Honor Museum.

Thomas and Corbin are sophomores at Walnut Ridge High School and are part of the EAST program.

They were looking for a community project to do.

A couple of years ago, someone stole the Wings of Honor museum’s sign, and when presented with a replacement, the two jumped at the opportunity.

“Nobody else really wanted to work on it, so I asked Corbin if he wanted to work with me, and he said yes so we went out there,” Edwards said.
