Karen Eoff is Director of the Southeast Arkansas Education Service Cooperative in Monticello, Arkansas. Her undergraduate degree in education is from the University of Arkansas at Monticello.
Her graduate degree is in gifted education from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. She holds Arkansas License in 10 different content and administrative areas. She has taught elementary
and junior high students as well as coordinated gifted programs. Karen has a twin brother, Tommy Tyler, who spent his entire career in education as well. She lives in Monticello with her
retired husband and her rescue dog Baxter.
