About Jim Rollins

Dr. Jim Rollins has been named the Arkansas Superintendent of the Year twice and has served as president of the Arkansas Association of School Administrators. He is a member of the governing Board of the American Association of School Administrators. He was selected by the Winthrop Rockefeller Foundation in 2014 as one of its "40 Years/40 Leaders for Arkansas" honorees, and in 2016 he received the AdvancED "Excellence in Education" Award. He was featured in Money magazine as one of 50 "Money Heroes" across the nation for his efforts to promote economic education in the public schools. In the spring of 2017 Dr. Rollins was featured in Education Week magazine as one of its "Leaders to Learn From," and as such he participated in a national conference of educational leaders conducted in Washington, D.C.
