This E.A.S.T. The project is led by a student who realized that not everyone can afford a birthday cake. After hearing that a classmate might not celebrate their birthday because their family could not buy one, the team decided to create a low-cost Cake Tray Kit. The tray includes simple, affordable ingredients so a student can bake a cake at home. Instead of milk, the recipe uses Sprite as a replacement liquid. Sprite works well because its carbonation helps the cake rise and keeps it moist, making it a creative and budget-friendly substitute. The team tested different recipes, compared prices, and made sure the final product was easy to use and affordable for families.

Through this project, students developed problem-solving skills by researching ingredient substitutes and managing costs, which helped them grow academically and personally. The solution focuses on a real student who cannot afford a cake, making the project meaningful and community-centered. By collaborating to design the tray, test the recipe, and organize materials, the team demonstrated strong cooperation and shared responsibility. This project shows how students can think creatively, support others, and make sure everyone has the chance to celebrate their birthday with joy and dignity.
