Draw for Paws is a project created by a 7th grader Nora Rich. The purpose of this project is to help dogs get adopted and raise awareness for the Humane Society.

A lot of dogs are euthanized each year simply because there aren’t enough people to take them in. This project focuses on spreading awareness and encouraging more people to adopt instead of shops. The project uses digital tools like a computer, drawing tablet, and video-editing software. Programs such as Adobe Fresco, Canva, and WeVideo are used to create drawings, animations, and videos that highlight shelter dogs and their stories. The community partner for this project is Amy Schmidt, the manager of the Humane Society, and the Humane Society is the organization being served. The hope is that this project will help raise awareness and get more dogs adopted.
