Office Coordinator (accepting resumes through June 10)
The Office Coordinator is instrumental in the smooth running of the office and provides a variety of administrative tasks such as the management of information between departments,
act as a point of contact for visitors and provide organizational support in general. This position is responsible to greet and direct guests, answer and field phone calls, manage
the incoming and outgoing mail, and actively monitor the common calendar. The Office Coordinator will also monitor and coordinate upkeep on the facility and maintenance needs.
This Designer is a full-time position and will design and execute visual and creative assets for digital and print projects including websites, marketing campaigns, events, social media, e-blasts,
and other print communications. The designer is as comfortable designing in code as well as digital layout and design products. The Designer will monitor trends and feedback to develop recommendations
for how to improve our existing websites. The role involves listening to clients and understanding their needs before making design decisions. The position demands creative flair, up-to-date knowledge
of industry software and a professional approach to time, costs, and deadlines.
Technical Support Group Member
A technical support group (TSG) member primarily responds to help desk phone calls and web-based trouble tickets generated by both students and adults related to EAST software and hardware.
The TSG Member also provides support for hands-on technical training sessions and internal technical issues.
The applicant must be a high school graduate with a diverse background in technology. EAST experience is strongly preferred. Skills needed include server/network administration and experience with the standard software included in an EAST classroom.
The ability to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing is required. This position is part-time up to twenty (20) hours per week.
The hours are flexible between 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. with additional hours available during the summer months. This position is ideal for a current college student.
The Program Coordinator actively supports EAST programs and fosters relationships with educators (teachers, administration, and other educational support staff) and students to further the mission of the EAST Initiative.
Support will include direct correspondence, on-site visits, development and/or delivery of EAST pedagogical training, and participation in the planning and execution of EAST events.
This position is full-time and requires overnight travel with extensive travel being required at times. The applicant must be a self-starter and exhibit strong communication skills and a comfort level when
communicating with a diverse population of school personnel. Successful experience as a previous EAST facilitator is strongly preferred.
