Arrival & Booth Set Up

Exhibitors are welcome to set up their booth on Tuesday, March 3rd, between the hours of 9:30 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. or on Wednesday, March 4th, between the hours of 7:15 a.m. and 8:30 a.m. When you arrive, please visit the EAST Booth on the exhibit floor to receive your registration packet and booth location.

Booth Rental Includes

  • 10' x 10' booth
  • 6' - 8' skirted table
  • Two chairs
  • Electrical Outlet
  • A sign featuring the exhibitor's company name on the back of the booth
  • Two name badges if needed - please email the attendee names to so we can make sure to have these ready for your arrival.

Items you might bring:

  • Computer(s), monitor(s) and/or projector
  • Extension Cords and Power Strips
  • Decorations for Booth
  • Materials to hand out to participants

Cancellations of exhibitor booth space made after January 23, 2009 will not be eligible for a refund.     

Note: After you successfully register and reserve a booth for the Conference, an invoice will be sent to you via email.  All payments are due February 17th,  2009.  Thank you!!

Convention Center & Event Details

If you need an airport shuttle, an event agenda, hotel accomodations, or information on what will be available at the Convention Center, please visit the "About the Conference" section of this website.

Awards Banquet

As an exhibitor, you receive two (2) tickets to the Awards Banquet that will take place Wednesday, March 4th. 

Additional Opportunities

Please email  if you are interested in one of the following opportunities available to you as an exhibitor.

  1. Provide information about your organization in the participant registration bags.
    • Materials must be received before or by Friday, February 13th
    • We anticipate 190 EAST Programs with 10 participants per school (2 adults and 8 students each)
  2. As space allows, you may present your own material during a breakout session.  See Breakout Session - Call for Proposals for more details.
