Exhibitor Information

Pricing for Exhibitor Booths

Each package contains at least two tickets to the EAST Partnership Banquet. Additional tickets may be purchased for $35.00. Please visit the banquet ticket section for more information.

Arrival & Booth Set Up

Exhibitors are welcome to set up their booth on Tuesday, February 19, between the hours of 9:30 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. or on Wednesday, February, 20, between the hours of 7:15 a.m. and 8:30 a.m. When you arrive, please visit the EAST Booth on the exhibit floor to receive your registration packet and booth location.

Booth Rental Includes

  • 10' x 10' booth
  • 6' - 8' skirted table
  • Two chairs
  • Electrical Outlet
  • A sign featuring the exhibitor's company name on the back of the booth
  • Two name badges (optional)

Items you might bring:

  • Computer(s), monitor(s) and/or projector
  • Extension Cords and Power Strips
  • Decorations for Booth
  • Materials to hand out to participants

Cancellations of exhibitor booth space made after January 18, 2008 will not be eligible for a refund.     

Note: After you successfully register and reserve a booth for the Conference, an invoice will be sent to you via email.  All payments are due February 6th,  2008.  Thank you!!

Shipping Items to the Convention Center

Additional Opportunities

Please contact Melanie Ridlon (melanie@eastproject.org) if you would like to do the following:

  • Provide material for your organization in the participant registration bags
    • Materials must be received before or by Friday, February 1st.
  • Present your own material at one of our daily breakout sessions
