We offer many different ways for EAST programs to get technical support. The EAST Technical Support Group is available through the help ticket system as well as email!

It's easy to get fast technical support from the EAST Technical Support Group with the help ticket system.

Before opening a help ticket, be sure to follow the suggested steps for resolving technical issues in the EAST Classroom.

When contacting the Technical Support Group (TSG) by phone to resolve technical issues, please dial (501) 371-5016 and ask to speak with someone in the TSG. You will be transferred to the first available TSG member or a message will be taken and your call will be returned as soon as possible. Please state your name, school, and a brief description of the issue in the message, and also a number to call back. Following these simple guidelines will allow us to continue to provide the best support experience to our schools!
