Help Tickets

It's easy to get fast technical support from the EAST Technical Support Group with the help ticket system.

Before opening a help ticket, be sure to follow the suggested steps for resolving technical issues in the EAST Classroom.

If you are unable to resolve your problem, you can open a help ticket:

When contacting the Technical Support Group (TSG) by phone to resolve technical issues, please dial (501) 371-5016 and ask to speak with someone in the TSG. You will be transferred to the first available TSG member or a message will be taken and your call will be returned as soon as possible. Following these simple guidelines will allow us to continue to provide the best support experience to our schools!
