Storytelling with Motion Graphics

Creative Director and Motion Graphic Artist Levi Agee's seminar will train students in the art of telling a story with motion design. Anyone can make pixels move on a screen but this training will reinforce how important the elements of the story like character, conflict, and context go into designing motion graphics. This course will start with the basics of animation and compositing in Adobe After Effects to more advanced techniques such as utilizing 3D programs including Cinema 4D and Video Copilot's Element 3D plugin to create cutting edge visuals efficiently. This training aims to benefit students interested in all types of fields: filmmaking, advertising, visual art, and interactive design.
