Project Management

Our world runs on projects – from everyday life activities like planting a garden or creating a disaster emergency plan for your family to work-world assignments like designing a company website or coordinating a conference.  Each project is unique but all begin with the common theme of problem solving. 

This course will provide basic project management techniques to help you effectively execute and oversee any activity, task or event from start to finish. We will uncover your inner project manager to provide you with essential life skills and a structured approach to every day problem solving.  

Unlike the typical hands-on technology focused training sessions, this session will be interactive and conversational.
