Santa Ynez EAST Places in National GIS Competition

The EAST lab at Santa Ynez High School submitted their original work mapping the eroding sea cliffs in Isla Vista California to Geographic and Land Information Society (GLIS). In their first High School competition, SYVUHS was selected as the second place winner and recieved software from ESRI, cash and student awards.

In their first High School competition, SYVUHS was selected as the second place winner and recieved software from ESRI, cash and student awards. The awards will be presented on April 22nd in Orlando Florida at their annual conference.
