It is estimated that over 60,000 students have been given the opportunity to experience EAST.  Each year, thousands of students from across the country attend the National EAST Conference as a way to share their story, celebrate the work they have done over the past year and for many students, experience for the first time a trade show-like environment.

The conference is also the EAST Initiative's largest training venue of the year and a huge opportunity for our students to meet other students from around the country and share ideas.  Last but certainly not least, our celebratory banquet is, for some of our students, their first exposure to a formal banquet environment.

Join us in Hot Springs, Arkansas to hear these stories and experience how EAST has impacted the lives of so many.

Get Involved

Our 2009 Conference provides many opportunities for sponsors and exhibitors to get involved.  If you'd like to promote your organization and get your message out to  thousands of students, educators, and technology industry professionals, we offer three ways for you to participate in our conference:

  1. Support the EAST Initiative and promote your organization through an EAST Conference Sponsorship.  There are many sponsorship levels that allow you to get involved!
  2. Exhibitor booths provide the best opportunity for you to promote your college, university, or organization.  You will have access to over 2000 students who are available to you each day of the three day event.  What an excellent way to reach some of the smartest, brightest, and technology-savvy students in our country!
  3. If your organization provides a product or service that can be beneficial to EAST students or schools, then consider a Breakout Session where you can bring awareness of your organization or service through a presentation and/or provide hands-on training to our students.
