There are an unlimited number of admission tickets available.  To reserve your tickets, email Melanie Ridlon your school or organization’s name and the number of tickets needed by February 20th.  You will pay (cash or check preferred) for your reserved tickets at the museum.  Tickets can also be purchased at the museum that evening.  Please be sure to reserve tickets so I can provide an estimated head count to the museum and they will know the number of staff they need to have available.  Thank you.

Shuttle to the Museum (RSVP Required)

A shuttle will be provided for transportation from the convention center to the Mid-America Science Museum and back.  No shuttle will be provided for the Theatre of Magic because it is within walking distance.  If you would like to utilize the shuttle, please let me know when you RSVP your tickets as there are limited shuttle seats available.  If you do not reserve a seat you will not be able to use the shuttle.

Please check out their websites for more information on both locations.  The two activities are optional, but we hope that you will plan to take advantage of these opportunities.  These options provide an opportunity for EAST students to interact with other EAST students in a casual and relaxed setting.
